A Daisy troop in New Hampshire discovered the need for fresh vegetables at their local food pantry. Instead of doing a drive and collecting donations, they took an unused plot of land and created an entire vegetable garden.
The Daisies asked the Brownies and Juniors if they would like to help and together they planted and built the entire garden from scratch.
The Daisy leader reports having given the food pantry over 300 produce bags filled with vegetables.
Way to go girls!!
